Eligibility for Returns

Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return Request Process

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return. Requests made after this time may not be approved.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed accordingly. Refunds may take 5–7 working days to complete.

Non-Refundable Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
